About the position

The Corporate Graphic Designer at Kessler Collection is responsible for designing and managing all graphic communications, both print and digital, to support marketing, sales, and operations. This role involves creating aesthetically pleasing designs that align with brand guidelines and collaborating with teams to produce various marketing materials. The designer will also assist with social media design and ensure that all graphic content meets the company's high standards of quality and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage all graphic communications for marketing, sales, and operations.
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on art direction and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team on the creation and archival of print and electronic marketing materials.
• Assist with social media design and layout for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Upload and adjust photos for appropriate marketing formats.
• Develop templates for new collateral using layout design programs like Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Utilize pre-press processes to prepare files for printing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of work experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, HTML, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, matrix organization and manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in luxury hospitality design.
• Familiarity with both Mac and Windows operating systems.
