About the position

The Corporate Hospitality and Project Manager at FIRST Global Management Services, Inc. is responsible for delivering exceptional service to high-touch clients in the financial services sector through effective project management and creative solutions. This role involves managing ticketing systems, building relationships with sports and entertainment venues, and overseeing hospitality management for various events. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ticketing allocations and overall ticket allotments for clients globally.
  • Work closely with client divisions on ticketing needs and allocations to end-users.
  • Manage relationships with key sports and entertainment venues.
  • Assist in identifying new hospitality opportunities and conduct research for presentations.
  • Support full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple key client events.
  • Assist with financial management, including budget development and expense management.
  • Coordinate registration, transportation, hotel accommodations, and entertainment for specific programs.
  • Manage payments and accounting systems for all client hospitality events.
  • Facilitate calendars, meetings, and communications with internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-5+ years' event coordination experience focused on Sports and Entertainment in a corporate or financial services environment preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Leadership, influencing, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Management of ticketing systems experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Work experience inside a sports and entertainment venue is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience working with large and complex databases, Cvent preferred.
