Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, and policy violations.
  • Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and document findings.
  • Prepare detailed investigation reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders as required.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance and ethical standards.
  • Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
  • Work closely with legal, HR, and other departments to ensure investigations are conducted fairly and consistently.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on handling compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and related activities.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate investigations, compliance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency in Spanish is a strong preference.
  • Ability to travel.
