About the position

ITC Defense is seeking a Corporate IT Support Analyst who will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems within the organization. This role requires someone who can diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, assist employees with technical challenges, and help implement IT solutions that enhance productivity across the company. This role is expected to be on-site in the office Monday – Thursday, Fridays working from home, subject to the needs of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Respond to inbound help desk tickets, prioritize requests, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist users with setting up and configuring computer systems, including software installations and network connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, escalating issues to senior technicians when needed.
  • Provide support to on-site meetings ensuring IT equipment and systems are functioning properly. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on computers, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Maintain and update user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
  • Assist in the resolution of Common Access Card (CAC) issues.
  • Coordinate with administrative personnel regarding systems access and permissions.
  • Document all interactions, problems, and solutions in the help desk management system.
  • Provide training and guidance to end users on software and hardware usage.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security protocols.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices, ensuring proper tracking and timely replacement.
  • Assist with the setup, deployment, and decommissioning of hardware.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees on how to use IT systems, software, and security protocols.
  • Provide ongoing user training on specific software or tools used by the company, ensuring efficient utilization.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.
  • Bachelor’s Degree - but can be offset by additional years of experience.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-starter that can work independently within program boundaries to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • NMCI/Nautilus experience preferred but not required.
