About the position

The Corporate Learning & Development Specialist at True Group, Inc. is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning content to support True University. This role involves creating learning experiences for employees across various modalities, including virtual and in-person formats, and requires a dynamic approach to adult learning. Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative learning experiences based on adult learning principles.
• Deliver engaging, interactive learning experiences to adult learners, including onboarding and professional development.
• Define and execute processes related to event registration and session management.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather materials and validate content.
• Develop and implement surveys to evaluate learning offerings and assess needs.
• Represent the diversity of adult learning in the learning strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in designing and facilitating learning experiences.
• Knowledge of learning development tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Vyond.
• Experience with e-learning and learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience delivering learning experiences in both classroom and virtual settings.
• Strong facilitation skills with enthusiasm and energy.
• Ability to monitor and evaluate engagement and program effectiveness.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong process-oriented background.
• Expert proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or related field.
