About the position

The Corporate Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Coury Hospitality is a dynamic role focused on shaping and sharing the brand's voice across various platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and post engaging content on the company intranet site to keep employees informed and connected.
  • Create, schedule, and manage posts on the company's social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to ensure consistent and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Develop and implement an email marketing strategy for the company.
  • Utilize Canva to design visually compelling presentations and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all content is visually appealing and effectively communicates the company's message.
  • Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies that support the company's goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with the company's public relations firm.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics for both internal and external communications, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in all communications.
  • Provide support on various projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva with creating and updating designs.
  • Experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
