The Corporate Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Coury Hospitality is a dynamic role focused on shaping and sharing the brand's voice across various platforms. This position involves content development, creative design, and strategic communication to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and digital content creation, contributing to the company's growth and evolution in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and post engaging content on the company intranet site to keep employees informed and connected.
- Create, schedule, and manage posts on the company's social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to ensure consistent and brand-aligned messaging.
- Develop and implement an email marketing strategy for the company.
- Utilize Canva to design visually compelling presentations and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all content is visually appealing and effectively communicates the company's message.
- Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies that support the company's goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with the company's public relations firm.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics for both internal and external communications, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in all communications.
- Provide support on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Canva with creating and updating designs.
- Experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
