About the position

The Corporate Marketing - Product Manager at Ampcus Inc. is responsible for leading the strategy, product management, and delivery of a portfolio of digital marketing products. This role focuses on enhancing consumer and agent experiences through innovative digital solutions, requiring a blend of product development and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic product initiatives and lead a product portfolio to growth and success.
• Proactively manage initiatives and collaborations with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee product features through their entire lifecycle from ideation to delivery and iteration.
• Define and track OKRs to continually refine products and ensure improvement.
• Develop and manage timelines, project plans, and roadmaps for efficient project delivery.
• Generate and maintain process documentation as needed.
• Adhere to project records retention rules.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in product management or project management roles within large-scale web or marketing organizations.
• Depth of knowledge in website production including content/design, SEO, and legal reviews.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with project management systems such as JIRA, Asana, Workfront, or Airtable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
