The Corporate Operations Analyst at Koch Air plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement across the company. This position involves analyzing procedures and purchasing programs, providing insightful reporting and data analysis, and leading initiatives in inventory control and warehouse systems. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to solve operational challenges and ensure compliance with quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide insightful reporting and data analysis to empower operations, purchasing, sales, and corporate teams.
• Investigate operational and customer service challenges, uncovering solutions that drive efficiency and enhance service.
• Be the lead for corporate warehouse systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes.
• Spearhead inventory control initiatives, including physical inventories and cycle counts, working closely with key departments.
• Develop and implement solutions that align with the quality management system, pushing operations to new heights.
• Create and maintain performance metrics to ensure operational excellence, from product receipt to shipment.
• Maintain accurate procedures and training for fundamental tasks, ensuring alignment with the quality management system.
• Assist locations in optimizing warehouse layouts, maximizing team productivity and space utilization.
• Support the internal auditing program to ensure full compliance with company procedures and standards.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience, including expertise in SQL.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a willingness to master the ERP system.
• Top-notch organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for problem-solving, with the ability to travel periodically to branch locations.
