Responsibilities

• Create organizational and dissolution documents for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships.
• Draft shareholder and Board of Director minutes.
• Assist in purchase and sales transactions documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex information.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or equivalent.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• ABA approved paralegal certificate.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Strong research skills and ability to analyze complex information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
