About the position

The Corporate Paralegal position at Motion Recruitment Partners offers an opportunity to grow your career with a leading global bank in New York. This contract role, with a strong possibility of extension, involves a hybrid work schedule requiring 2-3 days onsite per week. The role focuses on managing corporate records for over 50 entities and providing support to the paralegal team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for the paralegal team during the review and remediation of corporate records for more than 50 entities, including broker-dealer entities.
• Provide interim overflow support to the paralegal team in managing entities, coordinating with lead remediation attorney and legal entity attorneys.

Requirements

• College degree.
• 7+ years of experience in maintenance of corporate records for a large financial institution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• iManage experience.
