About the position

As a Corporate Paralegal at our leading corporate law firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with a variety of corporate legal matters. This position involves managing complex corporate transactions, compliance issues, and contract management. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and organizing corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings. Your expertise will be essential in conducting legal research and preparing detailed reports on various corporate legal matters. In this role, you will also manage corporate records to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Additionally, you will support attorneys in preparing for meetings, transactions, and legal proceedings, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order. Maintaining and updating corporate databases and documentation will also be a key part of your responsibilities, requiring exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare reports on corporate legal matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in legal research and document management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
