Our services encompass skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, long-term care centers, assisted living communities, independent rehabilitation centers, and long-term acute care hospitals. The Corporate Paralegal will be integral in maintaining the legal integrity of our operations, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with specific experience in labor and employment law being highly preferred. The Corporate Paralegal will assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, managing corporate records, and supporting the General Counsel in various legal matters.
