CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our General Counsel and Compliance Department. This full-time position is based in our Corporate Offices located in Blue Ash, Cincinnati, OH. As a family-owned company, CommuniCare has established itself as one of the largest providers of post-acute care in the nation, offering a range of services including skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, long-term care centers, assisted living communities, independent rehabilitation centers, and long-term acute care hospitals. In this role, the Corporate Paralegal will provide essential support to the General Counsel, assisting with various legal tasks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with a focus on labor and employment law being highly preferred. The position requires a proactive approach to legal research, document preparation, and maintaining organized records. The Corporate Paralegal will also be responsible for assisting in the drafting and review of contracts, managing legal correspondence, and supporting the compliance initiatives of the organization.
