About the position

TMAG Holdings LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Payroll Assistant in our Corporate office located in Midtown Oklahoma City. This full-time position requires a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality, as the Payroll Assistant will be responsible for processing payroll and ensuring that all employee records are maintained accurately. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be flexible, and have excellent communication skills. Trustworthiness is essential, as the role involves handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality at all times. In this role, the Payroll Assistant will work closely with the HR department to ensure that payroll is processed in a timely manner and that all employee inquiries regarding payroll are addressed promptly. The candidate must be able to work within strict deadlines and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required, as these tools will be used regularly to manage payroll data and generate reports. Candidates with previous experience in payroll or human resources will be given preference, especially those familiar with NetChex Payroll and Dealertrack systems. Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Payroll Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous Payroll/Human Resource experience.
  • Experience with NetChex Payroll software.
  • Familiarity with Dealertrack software.
