About the position

HW Staffing is seeking a dedicated Corporate Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic corporate team at our new office located in South Easton, MA. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $23.00, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility in scheduling is appreciated. The Corporate Payroll Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the processing of regional payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring that all payroll data is accurately entered and compliant with ATS Payroll Processes and Procedures. In this role, the Corporate Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll entries, handling voids, re-issues, invoice adjustments, and payroll adjustments. Strong communication skills are essential as the CPS will interact with various stakeholders, including internal teams, employees, and clients. The position also involves collecting timesheet and payroll information for input into the ATS, processing ACH and checks for all employees, and reconciling, reviewing, and emailing invoices to clients. The CPS will also provide weekly reporting on Missing Timecard Reports and compliance requirements, maintaining a focus on service quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and quality in payroll processing. Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or Payroll Systems is a plus, and the ability to work flexible hours outside of the normal schedule may be required occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Process regional payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure accurate data entry adhering to ATS Payroll Process and Procedures.
  • Manage payroll entry, voids, re-issues, invoice adjustments, and payroll adjustments.
  • Collect timesheet and payroll information for input into ATS.
  • Process ACH and checks for all employees.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems or Payroll Systems is a plus.
