About the position

The Corporate Purchasing Manager at Hulsing Hotels is responsible for overseeing capital planning, purchasing, and project management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle high-level duties, coordinate with project management teams, and provide administrative support to the Owner/CEO. The position is based in Vero Beach, Florida, and emphasizes initiative, judgment, and strong people service skills.

Responsibilities

• Capital planning and purchasing.
• Material and equipment expediting.
• Project budgeting, purchasing, and management.
• Review of monthly property QA/Maintenance Inspections.
• Coordinating with project management field teams.
• Communicating and coordinating with project teams.
• Daily tracking and coordination of order fulfillment and invoice payments.
• Providing administrative support as directed by the CEO.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in Purchasing Management, Project Management, or Hospitality Management is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
