About the position

The Corporate Real Estate Project Manager at CLEAResult is responsible for providing operational support for corporate real estate transactions, facility selection, and capital projects. This role requires strong technical, data analytic, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage projects and coordinate with various stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring two days a week in the Austin office, and involves travel to Canada in 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operational support of Corporate Real Estate transactions, facility selection, and capital projects.
  • Coordinate with third-party real estate brokers and the Senior Corporate Real Estate Manager for market surveys and site selection.
  • Develop and drive processes for facility security access system installations.
  • Support the Senior Corporate Real Estate Manager for capital projects, including communication with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Assist with office moves, furniture orders, and office setups.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize project stages with internal departments for smooth project completion.
  • Interface with contracted vendors/suppliers during the project lifecycle.
  • Schedule, draft, and manage project meetings to establish timelines.
  • Collect and manage contractor documentation to support capital projects.
  • Establish new vendors in Workday and handle payment processing.
  • Provide feedback on process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Support facility site services and operations as needed.
  • Respond to requests for support from the Senior Corporate Real Estate Manager.
  • Leverage customer service skills to serve internal and external customers.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems across the leased portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience may substitute for education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate/property management/commercial building environment.
  • General understanding of leasing terms and processes.
  • Excellent customer service and vendor management skills.
  • Understanding of compliance-related regulations, including fire and building codes.
  • Basic knowledge of Workday and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Pro-Lease or Yardi real estate database is a plus.
  • Experience with general workplace design concepts.
  • Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
  • Experience with contract management.
  • Frequent interaction with internal clients, external clients, vendors, landlords, brokers, and business partners.
