About the position

As a Corporate Recruiter and Trainer at Ultimate LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by sourcing, interviewing, and training candidates for various positions within our organization. This position is based in Overland Park, Kansas, and offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and commissions, with an expected total earnings of $75,000 to $90,000 in your first year. Your primary responsibilities will include proactively sourcing candidates for both internal recruiter positions and client-facing roles. You will conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles, ensuring that only the best talent is selected. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and developing these candidates, providing them with the necessary skills and support to excel in their new positions. This role also involves coordinating travel arrangements for new hires, developing marketing materials to attract potential candidates, and participating in industry events to expand your network. In this position, you will analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and recruitment strategies, maintain and update CRM systems for accurate candidate and client data, and provide regular updates and reports on recruitment and training status. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to enhance recruitment and training processes, ensuring that Ultimate LLC remains a leader in the construction staffing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and manage candidates to fill both internal recruiter positions and client-facing roles.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Train and develop candidates to ensure they are fully prepared for their roles, providing ongoing support as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for new hires to ensure a smooth transition to their new roles.
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials to attract potential candidates and promote job opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business and recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely data on candidates and client interactions.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment and training status.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance recruitment, training, and performance, identifying new avenues for growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting.
  • Strong desire to learn and excel in a dynamic, people-oriented environment.
