About the position

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and guiding them through the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes to shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Schedule and conduct initial screenings and coordinate with hiring managers for further interviews.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing updates, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with extending offers, negotiating terms, and onboarding new hires.
• Track and report on key metrics, including time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and on social media to promote employer branding.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
