About the position

The Corporate Recruiter at REIC is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, focusing on high-volume recruitment to meet the company's hiring needs. This role involves collaborating with management to understand job requirements, developing innovative recruiting strategies, and fostering relationships with potential candidates. The recruiter will also engage with educational institutions and participate in job fairs to promote job opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs for each position.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various open roles.
  • Grow and foster relationships with a database of qualified talent.
  • Partner with HR and Marketing to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Stay active with job boards and social networks to find talent.
  • Plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Work with schools and trade programs to build awareness of job opportunities.
  • Attend job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' recruiting experience
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • Solid understanding of the roles being hired for
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HR software
  • Proven track record of conducting various types of interviews
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management, or psychology
  • Proficiency with content management systems
  • Experience developing recruiting strategies
  • Construction or Equipment background
