This includes creating training materials, presentations, and resources that effectively communicate safety procedures and guidelines. You will also assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans, which may include evacuation procedures, first aid/CPR training, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures. Your training delivery will involve conducting engaging and informative safety training sessions for employees at various levels and locations within the organization. You will utilize a variety of training methods, including presentations, workshops, hands-on exercises, and simulations, to enhance learning and retention. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the safety team, technical training team, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure that training programs are accurate and up-to-date. Staying informed about relevant safety regulations and standards is essential to ensure that training programs align with legal requirements. You will monitor changes in regulations and update training materials accordingly. Furthermore, you will develop and implement methods to assess the effectiveness of safety training programs, collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. Documentation is another critical aspect of your role. You will maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and evaluations using the company Learning Management System (LMS).
