About the position

The Corporate Sales Manager at Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale West is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, third parties, and community organizations to generate business for the hotel. This full-time position involves prospecting for new business, responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), executing contracts, and ensuring client expectations are communicated effectively to the hotel team. The role offers opportunities for career advancement within the sales discipline, including potential progression to Director of Sales or national salesperson roles.

Responsibilities

  • Build excellent relationships with corporate clients, third parties, and community organizations.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries.
  • Execute contracts with clients.
  • Communicate client expectations to the hotel team.

Requirements

  • A college degree and/or two years of hotel experience.
  • Experience in the corporate group sales segment is required.
  • Marriott experience is highly preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests.
