Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Corporate Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team. This full-time position is pivotal in identifying and recruiting qualified sales candidates for various roles across all corporate brands. The Corporate Sales Recruiter will play a crucial role in developing and executing a best-in-class employee relations strategy aimed at attracting and recruiting top-level candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a keen ability to relate to individuals at all levels and build strong relationships within the organization. In this role, the Corporate Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and building a robust pipeline of candidates through various channels, including referrals, networking, direct sourcing, and platforms like LinkedIn. The recruiter will create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively engage passive candidates and maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure the recruitment of top talent. Additionally, the recruiter will be tasked with maintaining the accuracy of recruiting activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and pre-screening candidates using available screening tools such as resume analysis, telephone screens, and reference checks. The Corporate Sales Recruiter will also be responsible for documenting all candidate correspondence in the ATS and communicating tactfully with all applicants, including those not hired or deemed unqualified. Collaboration with colleagues and staff in a results-driven, team-oriented environment is essential. The recruiter will demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, particularly during the salary negotiation process, where they will clearly present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during the offer process.
