About the position

America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for a Corporate Sales Trainer to join our DFW Location. In this role, you will be responsible for training all new and current sales personnel on effectively selling all Window World products and services, which include the installation and replacement of windows, doors, and siding. This position requires a blend of sales experience, customer service, and negotiation skills, along with perseverance and determination. We will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed in this role. As a Corporate Sales Trainer, you will oversee the sales team and develop a comprehensive training curriculum that includes both physical and digital educational resources. You will conduct analyses to identify areas for improvement within the sales team and be responsible for onboarding new sales personnel. Providing frequent feedback, conducting individual and team performance reviews, and monitoring sales objectives and outcomes will be key components of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on market trends and competition to prepare reports and make recommendations to management. To enhance your professional and technical knowledge, you will be encouraged to participate in workshops, seminars, and professional publications, as well as to grow your personal networks and engage with local and national societies and clubs. Understanding business processes, products, and services will also be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Development, or a relevant field is a plus
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills including politeness, respectfulness, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work long hours or weekends to meet sales goals
  • Persistence and perseverance in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Analytical problem solver, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Proof of auto insurance and a clean driving record
