About the position

The Corporate Sales Trainer at Reliable Transportation Solutions (RTS) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective sales training programs for all levels of sales associates. This role emphasizes collaboration with sales leadership to enhance training effectiveness and improve overall sales performance. The trainer will also coach and mentor sales employees in various settings, ensuring that training is engaging and valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and improve sales training programs using best practice instructional strategies.
  • Deliver and review assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps across the company.
  • Design and write documentation and SOPs, including course guides, ensuring organized delivery.
  • Partner with sales leadership to track sales performance and support training effectiveness.
  • Receive and apply feedback and performance data to enhance training delivery.
  • Coach and mentor sales employees in various settings, including classroom and over the phone.
  • Champion RTS core values and lead by example.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related experience.
  • Sales experience, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the logistics industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to engage and create valuable learning experiences for participants.
