About the position

The Corporate Salesperson at Workstrings International is responsible for expanding the company's market share in Oklahoma by leveraging their existing network. This role involves managing the entire sales process, fostering relationships with target customers, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the oil and gas industry and a proven track record of closing deals in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute the sales strategy in alignment with the regional/global business plan.
• Grow existing network to build market share while meeting revenue and ROI targets.
• Drive market awareness of Workstrings' inventory, engineering, and operational support through networking events and social media.
• Create and present technical and commercial materials at a high level.
• Maintain communication with management regarding market dynamics and industry intel.
• Support the accounting team and field sales in processing sales tickets and paperwork.
• Attend safety-related meetings and adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct oneself professionally in all interactions with customers.
• Comply with Workstrings' Quality policy and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training in sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Prior knowledge in the oilfield rental business is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Word.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of current practices, equipment, materials, and supplies used in the rental equipment business.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication and troubleshooting skills.
