About the position

SITEC Consulting, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for cleared technical positions. This role is critical in supporting the company's mission to provide top-notch information technology and professional services. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of technical recruiting, particularly within the government contracting sector, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles, including Cyber, Software Developers, and System Engineers. The recruiter will work closely with key accounts to identify hiring solutions and ensure satisfaction with current and new opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of project needs and maintaining positive relationships with assigned customers. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager will also collaborate with existing employees to facilitate their placement in new positions at the end of contracts or for promotions. This role demands strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of applicable employment laws and regulations. The recruiter will be expected to write detailed job listings, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and conduct in-person interviews at the Annapolis Junction headquarters. This position is not suitable for those seeking remote or hybrid work arrangements, as it requires 100% onsite presence to effectively engage with candidates and the team on corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for cleared technical positions.
  • Work with key accounts to provide hiring solutions and identify new resources.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with assigned customers and maintain positive relationships.
  • Recruit new employees to achieve company hiring goals.
  • Support company leadership in growing skill sets from staff placement and recruiting perspectives.
  • Provide full lifecycle recruiting in support of federal government contracts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of project needs.
  • Write job listings using labor category descriptions and manage listings in the ATS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Eight (8) years of proven success in recruiting and customer management.
  • Five (5) years of experience in recruiting, particularly for technical positions.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and applicable employment laws.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems is helpful.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Security Clearance is helpful, not required.
  • Light Project Management experience is helpful.
