Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in developing recruiting strategies and programs for a national organization.
• Ability to conduct ongoing market research and analysis to understand manufacturing industry trends.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven approach.
