About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the strategies and execution of full-cycle recruitment for the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will utilize data and research to create and execute various recruitment strategies based on market and industry trends. This person will partner with members of the Human Resources team, along with leadership, to provide programs and strategies that align with organizational goals and Company Core Values. The Talent Acquisition Manager will further brand awareness through innovative solutions and capitalize on external opportunities, such as workforce grants, to further propel the organization and its people.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for the organization.
  • Utilize data and research to inform recruitment strategies based on market and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources team and leadership to align recruitment programs with organizational goals.
  • Enhance brand awareness through innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Identify and capitalize on external opportunities, such as workforce grants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment
  • Previous experience developing recruiting strategies and programs for a national organization
  • Ability to conduct ongoing market research and analysis to understand manufacturing industry trends
  • Ability to develop strategies and KPIs based on market trends and data
  • Strong level of attention to detail; data-driven
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter
