About the position

The Corporate Trainer for Front Desk Management is responsible for developing and delivering training programs tailored for front desk management teams within the hospitality industry. This role focuses on enhancing service standards through effective training methodologies and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for front desk management personnel.
  • Conduct training sessions using various methods including workshops, on-the-job training, and e-learning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of front desk management and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop training materials and deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
