About the position

The Corporate Trainer/Patient Success Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge while improving the patient experience. This role combines training development with team leadership to drive performance and patient retention, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff, focusing on patient excellence.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observations to tailor programs effectively.
  • Utilize various training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the patient experience, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the patient experience coordinators.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the patient experience.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and improve performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, best practices, and patient feedback.
  • Promote a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in patient service settings.
  • Strong understanding of patient excellence principles and practices.
  • Experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to sourcing.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with lean procurement methodologies.
  • 5 years of experience in training & development.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and performance metrics.
