About the position

The Corporate Training Specialist plays a crucial role in the Talent Development team at Trina Solar, overseeing the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring compliance with corporate and HR training requirements. This position involves creating reports on employee engagement with learning programs and enhancing the onboarding experience through surveys. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy and has significant experience in training administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LMS administration and support, including monthly completion reporting, session schedules, and participant enrollment.
• Manage the import/export of learning programs from external content providers to enhance the LMS course catalog.
• Maintain the department Point site with various learning themes and support ongoing learning programs.
• Provide logistical support for in-person training programs and workshops, including setup and material preparation.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys related to learning programs, ensuring regular maintenance, delivery, and analysis using Microsoft Forms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related business field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in training administration or Learning Management System administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including LMS365 integration.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
• Enthusiasm for the Renewable Energy industry.
