Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join Priority, a leading player in the fintech industry. In this fast-paced and ever-evolving role, you'll spearhead the development and delivery of engaging training programs that empower our team members to excel. Your initial primary focus will be working with various sales, sales support, and operational teams; however, you'll collaborate with multiple departments and sectors across the company. Training facilitation will be provided in various formats, including in-person, remote, and self-paced for new and existing Priority employees. This hybrid position requires you to be present at the Priority headquarters office in Alpharetta, GA, as needed for training facilitation and meetings. Responsibilities

  • Engaging Delivery: Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, including classroom, virtual, and blended learning approaches, to keep learners engaged and informed.
  • Create inclusive and participatory learning environments that cater to diverse learner abilities and encourage active participation.
  • Quickly adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the changing needs and initiatives of learners, departments, and the evolving demands of the fintech industry.
  • Foster an engaging learning atmosphere by using interactive techniques, real-life scenarios, and practical exercises.
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine training requirements.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather the necessary knowledge for developing training programs.
  • Design and create engaging training presentation decks, e-learning modules, job aids, and interactive activities that align with learning objectives and industry best practices.
  • Effectively manage all aspects of project management when creating training content, including storyboarding, content development, SME/stakeholder review, and post-training assessments.
  • Regularly update and enhance the curriculum based on feedback, evaluation results, and changes in the fintech landscape.
  • Collaborate with the instructional design team to develop and review course materials, assisting in the creation of more complex e-learning modules and media.
  • Create comprehensive evaluation frameworks and methodologies to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
  • Design and conduct various assessments, surveys, and evaluation methods to gather quantitative and qualitative data on training outcomes, knowledge retention, and skill development.
  • Analyze evaluation results to identify trends, areas for improvement, and overall effectiveness of training programs.
  • Use evaluation data to make informed recommendations for enhancing training content and delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track and report on the progress and success of training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in corporate training/adult learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva; required to gain proficiency in EasyGenerator within the first 90 days.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and stakeholders.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of training materials and assessments.
  • Flexible and adaptive mindset, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and new information.
  • Demonstrated collaborative spirit and ability to work seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience as a corporate trainer focusing on sales & sales support, particularly within the Fintech or Merchant Services sector.
  • Proficiency with eLearning platforms, LMS, and virtual training tools.
  • Possess an APTD, CPTD, CPTM, or other recognized training certification.
