About the position

As a Corporate Trainer at iLending, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in auto refinance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs and creating effective training materials and sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training programs in absorb (LMS) tailored to the needs of the sales and operations departments.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging training materials, including presentations and multimedia content.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for employees at all levels.
• Utilize various training techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics, adjusting as needed.
• Stay updated on Sales and Operational changes to keep training materials current.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs based on business goals and performance gaps.
• Communicate effectively with employees and managers to promote training initiatives and gather feedback.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvements in training delivery methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience as a corporate trainer.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to learn and teach auto-refinance processes.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive self-starter that works well independently.
