About the position

The Solomon Organization is seeking a Corporate Trainer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading training programs that align with the company's goals. This role requires a multifaceted individual with experience in instructional design and training delivery, aimed at fostering employee growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Help design and develop an overall training plan, identifying specific training needs and job-specific requirements.
• Design, develop, and manage new training programs and materials to meet the plan's objectives.
• Ensure training is appropriate for the position and skill level of trainees.
• Administer training to employees, delivering engaging sessions in both group and individual settings.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and implement training best practices.
• Evaluate the success of training implementation by assessing achievement of learning objectives and knowledge transfer.
• Utilize a variety of techniques and concepts in the development and delivery of training programs.
• Manage the learning experience consistent with company philosophy and strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Personal computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals.

Nice-to-haves

• CRM IQ, ACRM, and Blue Moon experience (preferred).
