In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating new employee orientations, which includes introducing new hires to the company, reviewing the employee handbook, discussing benefits, and explaining the dress code. You will present essential training on OSHA and HIPAA regulations, prepare training plans in collaboration with leadership, and ensure that new hires have access to all necessary portals and platforms. Additionally, you will organize and create training materials related to protocols, procedures, providers, and locations, and educate employees on Practice Management Systems. Your role will also involve training designated employees on job-specific protocols, both on-site and virtually, assessing employee knowledge and comprehension of office flow, procedures, and protocols, and conducting training and re-training of existing employees as needed. You may also be required to offer additional coverage to teams as warranted and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new employee orientations including introduction to the company, handbook, benefits, and dress code.
  • Present OSHA and HIPAA training to new hires.
  • Prepare a training plan by collaborating with leadership.
  • Ensure access to all required portals and platforms for new hires.
  • Organize and create training materials for protocols, procedures, providers, and locations.
  • Educate employees on Practice Management Systems.
  • Train designated employees on job-specific protocols both on-site and virtually.
  • Assess employee knowledge and comprehension of office flow, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct training and re-training of existing employees as well as follow-ups as requested.
  • Offer additional coverage to teams as warranted.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience administering training/orientation to new hires.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in a multitude of computer applications.
  • Flexibility required to travel amongst all Treating Offices in PA (anticipate up to 90% travel) including overnights where hotels will be provided.
  • EHR experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and train all levels of employees.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience training and providing orientation to new hires (1 - 3 years preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to carry out tasks with all necessary details.
  • Self-starter, inspired to perform without outside help.
