The primary responsibility of the Corporate Trainer is to develop employees by cultivating their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to sell products for a variety of global brands. This role requires a proactive approach to training, with an emphasis on delivering comprehensive training sessions to new hires, thereby certifying them in their roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a positive attitude, both of which are crucial for success in this position. In this role, the Corporate Trainer will be responsible for the implementation and execution of all new hire training and continuous education programs. Collaboration with managers to assess training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions is essential. The Trainer will also lead the development and implementation of new training programs, motivating and influencing others to maximize performance. Setting high performance standards and pursuing aggressive goals will be key components of the Trainer's responsibilities. The Corporate Trainer will develop, refine, and institute both existing and new training methods, while also setting and measuring quality assurance goals. Enforcing company policies regarding processes, compliance, and quality standards is a critical aspect of the role. The Trainer will maintain and update training materials, support and mentor new employees, and conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Monitoring employee performance and providing effective feedback and counseling will be necessary to ensure successful transitions from training to live environments. Additionally, the Trainer will conduct ongoing skills enhancement training and liaise with team leaders and managers for on-the-job coaching. Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing progress reports will contribute to the overall success of the Training and Quality Department.
