About the position

The Corporate Trainer at SHI International Corp. is responsible for developing and delivering internal training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees across various disciplines. This role focuses on leadership and management development, professional growth, and effective tools/applications. The trainer will collaborate with business stakeholders to assess training needs, create curricula, and deliver engaging training sessions in multiple formats, including in-person and remote learning.

Responsibilities

• Determine training requirements, create curriculum, and develop content based on business needs.
• Deliver high-quality, effective, and engaging training to SHI leadership and employees.
• Evaluate outcomes of training and update content based on feedback and changing requirements.
• Collaborate with the instructional design team to develop and review course materials.
• Maintain an advanced working knowledge of SHI business tools and Microsoft Office 365.
• Stay updated on adult learning principles and modern learning technology trends.
• Perform administrative tasks to support training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Training or Sales Leadership Training.
• Minimum 1 year in a Management/Leadership role with Coaching/Mentoring experience.
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as SnagIt, Articulate Rise, or Camtasia.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 apps.

• Experience with Generative AI applications.
