We are seeking a Corporate Trainer who is passionate about developing teams and making an impact. This role involves a mix of travel and home base work, with the expectation of traveling approximately one week per month to various corporate and franchisee locations. The remaining time will be spent at our Dekalb, IL location, where the trainer will work on local corporate projects and improve training systems. As a Corporate Trainer, you will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance performance. You will design and deliver engaging and interactive training materials for both in-person and virtual sessions. Conducting training sessions for employees across different locations will be a key responsibility, ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements, providing operational support to the Learning and Development Team to ensure alignment with company goals. Maintaining effective communication with cross-functional partners and stakeholders is essential to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing multiple restaurants or similar experience.
  • Experience in implementing training programs.
  • Experience in designing, facilitating, and evaluating leadership development content.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships and communicate with cross-functional partners.
  • Willingness to travel approximately one week per month.
  • Willingness to work late night hours and weekends.
