About the position

MCC's Workforce Innovation Division is seeking Contract Corporate Trainers to deliver training and skill development programs tailored for employees at all levels within our client's organization. The primary objective of this role is to empower individuals to reach their full potential through engaging and interactive training sessions. These sessions are designed to challenge participants' thinking, introduce innovative approaches to enhance job performance, and improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities. The specifics regarding class content, duration, frequency, and locations will be discussed during the interview process, ensuring that the training aligns with the needs of the organization and its employees. The Corporate Trainers will be responsible for delivering a variety of training topics that are in high demand among employers in the Omaha area. Some of the popular training requests include Microsoft Office Suite Software, Advanced Manufacturing, Agile methodologies, CDL Training, Critical Facilities/Data Center operations, Critical Thinking and Troubleshooting, Customer Service, Cyber Security, Drones, Excel, Industry Certifications, Lean Training, Problem Solving, Prototype Design, Robotics, Spanish language training, Supervisor and Leadership skills, Team Building, and Virtual Reality applications. Trainers are encouraged to bring forth any current hot topics that are not being taught, as suggestions will be welcomed in the letter of intent. This position offers the flexibility to work up to 25 hours per week, allowing trainers to balance their commitments while contributing to the professional development of others. The hiring process will include a background check to ensure the safety and integrity of the training environment.
