Responsibilities
- Develop innovative training programs that empower crew and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Work on location at various restaurants, addressing staffing vacancies and time-off requests.
- Organize schedules, oversee staff, and facilitate training programs.
- Partner with restaurant managers to identify training needs.
- Implement engaging materials to elevate team performance.
- Coordinate secret shops to enhance the guest experience.
- Play a key role in new store openings and employee development events.
Requirements
