The role involves guiding clients through the transformation journey, from initial engagement and assessment to the final implementation of initiatives, ensuring that projects are not only successful but also sustainable in the long term. Your responsibilities will include partnering with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailoring methodologies to fit their specific situations. You will have the autonomy to leverage your personal network to drive business development and foster relationships at all levels. This position requires a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, as you will need to navigate complex conversations and encourage collaboration among team members. You will also be responsible for synthesizing findings and presenting key messages to executives, showcasing your analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition to traditional project activities, you will be expected to create high-quality presentations using tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint. The role may involve travel, reflecting the need to engage directly with clients and stakeholders in various locations. Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the transformation journey from initial engagement to final implementation.
  • Partner with clients to tailor methodologies to their unique situations.
  • Drive business development by leveraging personal networks and connections.
  • Synthesize findings and present key messages for executive-level presentations.
  • Encourage collaboration and manage high-energy conversations among team members.
  • Create high-quality presentations using MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint.

Requirements

  • 3 - 15 years of consulting or industry experience, preferably with prior Big 4 or major strategy firm experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance preferred; advanced accounting degree or MBA is a plus.
  • High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence to manage team dynamics and client interactions.
  • Experience in assessments to identify improvement opportunities across revenue, cost, and working capital.
  • Proven track record in driving sustainable growth in high-impact environments.
  • Ability to understand assessment findings and manage implementation and deployment effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with executive-level judgment.
  • Experience in creating gold standard presentations.
