About the position

The Growth Marketing Executive role at Corporate Traveler focuses on implementing and optimizing growth-driven marketing strategies across various channels to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales-ready opportunities. This position collaborates closely with the US Brand Marketing Team and other departments to execute effective marketing campaigns and regional growth strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement growth-driven strategies across channels like paid search, social media, and events to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing tactics to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to create personalized lead journeys and optimize conversion paths.
  • Collaborate with the Campaigns Manager and Global Digital Marketing team to align digital growth strategies with multi-channel campaigns.
  • Work with content and digital marketing teams to optimize campaign execution and performance.
  • Partner with the Event Manager and Partnership Manager to align strategies across lead generation efforts.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to optimize campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop region-specific strategies to drive growth in high-opportunity areas, ensuring alignment with local sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, focusing on lead generation and digital strategy execution.
  • Proven experience with event and partnership marketing to drive brand growth.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing data.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
