About the position

The Corporate Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading and expanding the dialysis business by managing customer service, quality patient care, marketing, and financial management. This role involves supporting clinics in South Texas and Louisiana while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, promoting a culture of improvement, and driving profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Upholds and promotes the mission and core values of the Company.
• Provides strategic leadership and fosters a culture of continual improvement.
• Ensures Company strategy is translated into initiatives that achieve Company objectives.
• Partners with senior leadership to support the highest quality patient care.
• Conducts financial and quality performance reviews to identify gaps and create action plans.
• Understands dialysis markets and develops growth strategies across modalities.
• Oversees risk management in assigned areas, ensuring safe environments and survey readiness.
• Assists regional and group leadership with the development and management of company initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing in the healthcare field; dialysis experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Strong leadership skills.
