The Corporate Vice President - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is a leadership role responsible for directing and managing operations across multiple sites within a pharmaceutical company. This position focuses on achieving corporate and operational goals through strategic planning and execution, while also ensuring compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to make impactful decisions, with a significant emphasis on collaboration with senior personnel both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and manage all operations teams
• Support the development of corporate and operational priorities and strategic plans
• Create, manage, coordinate and execute operational strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations
• Responsible for financial and operational reporting to leadership, recommending changes and needs
• Represent the organization as a prime contact on projects and departmental operations
• Interact with senior internal and external personnel on issues often requiring coordination across organizational lines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
• 15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years in corporate leadership and direct reports
• Expertise in manufacturing in a regulated environment
• Must be a 'change agent' with the ability to make difficult decisions
• Requires organizational professionalism, field and industry knowledge
• Strong leadership skills for a nationwide organization
