Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for the enterprise data platform and AI solutions.
• Align with business teams to create and drive a portfolio of AI & Data initiatives.
• Articulate business problems and clarify potential solutions with strategic connections.
• Define the roadmap and prioritize the product backlog across AI&D products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution of initiatives.
• Serve as the primary evangelist of AI&D strategy and product capabilities to stakeholders.
• Drive outcomes aligned with business teams and report key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or business-related discipline.
• 7+ years of industry experience in product management or related fields.
• 3+ years of product management experience, including managing roadmaps and agile processes.
• 2+ years of experience with data & analytics products and cloud technologies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience in developing presentations.
• Demonstrated success in creating measurable business benefits from products.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
• Experience in insurance products, asset management, or wealth management.
• Fluency in technical delivery and product management tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Strong organizational skills for collaboration across functional groups.
