About the position

The Corporate Vice President, Senior Digital Product Manager at New York Life is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that enhances the company's digital experience. This role focuses on creating new capabilities and products that improve agent productivity, retention, and sales growth. The Senior Digital Product Manager will work cross-functionally to oversee high-profile digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop vision and digital strategy for end-to-end digital experiences and business processes.
• Create and drive a portfolio of high-profile, cross-functional digital projects.
• Articulate business problems and clarify potential solutions with strategic connections.
• Perform user research to understand user journeys and validate findings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with User Experience Design Leads to create solution prototypes.
• Partner with Product Owner team and Technology partners for efficient execution of initiatives.
• Serve as the primary evangelist of digital capabilities with internal and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or design-related field.
• 10+ years of industry-related experience, with 5 years in product management or business-facing product development.
• Deep subject matter expertise with SFDC ecosystem of solutions preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement digital strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with users, stakeholders, and executives.
• Fluency in technical delivery, including scaled agile and PM tools like Jira.
