About the position

The Corporate Sales Manager at U-Haul is responsible for managing a specific geographical sales territory, focusing on prospecting and generating new business while also maintaining and growing existing accounts. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and grow the existing account list.
  • Plan weekly prospecting activities and provide reports/updates.
  • Help manage expectations of the Account Executive reporting to you.
  • Resolve customer service issues effectively.
  • Process new applications and assist customers in setting up new accounts.
  • Handle incoming calls and educate customers about the online platform.
  • Provide necessary spreadsheets to customers as needed.
  • Communicate with customers regarding payment declines and follow up appropriately.
  • Act as an expert on products and services offered to corporate customers.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and prospecting experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred.
