Responsibilities

  • Lead guests on guided trail rides
  • Provide lessons to guests on basic horsemanship, riding, and horse care

  • Perform administrative duties including answering phones, taking reservations, and processing payment for rides
  • Provide care for horses and maintain barn/stables

  • Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Experience with horse care and maintenance
  • Strong communication skills for guest interaction
