We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the Correspondent loan process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry standards. This position requires attention to detail, a solid understanding of mortgage credit and closing documents, and the ability to work collaboratively with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze correspondent credit/closing loan applications for completeness and accuracy for agency requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Verify all loan closing data including pricing is correct in the loan operating system.
• Coordinate with lenders to clear any loan deficiencies.
• Prepare purchase advice.
• Assist correspondent lenders with closing questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting correspondent lenders with closing questions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting mortgage lending.

Requirements

• Residential loan closing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with people, both internally and with customers.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
